These terms cover your use of Streakboard, a habit tracker that runs in your web browser on phone and desktop. By starting a trial or a subscription you agree to them.

Who can use it

You need to be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, use Streakboard with a parent's or guardian's permission.

Your account

Your account is created with the email you enter at checkout. Keep access to that email: it is how you sign in and how we reach you about your account. We sign you in with one-time codes sent to that email, so don't share them. You are responsible for what happens in your account.

Subscriptions and free trials

• Plans and prices are shown on our pricing page and again at checkout before you pay. Prices are in US dollars; taxes may be added at checkout where they apply.
• Savings shown on our pricing page compare our own plans: monthly against paying weekly for a month, yearly against 12 months of monthly.
• The weekly plan starts right away and has no free trial.
• Monthly and yearly plans start with a free trial. Your card is charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before then.
• Every plan renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
• Payments are processed by Whop. We never see or store your full card number.

Cancelling

You can cancel anytime from Account in the app or from your Whop account. After cancelling you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, and you will not be charged again.

Using Streakboard

Please don't misuse the service: no attempts to break, overload or get into other people's accounts, and no reselling access. We may suspend accounts that do.

Your data

Your habits and notes belong to you. How we store and protect them is described in our Privacy Policy.

Ending your account

You can stop using Streakboard at any time. To delete your account and data, email us. Cancel your subscription first so you are not charged again. If we ever shut Streakboard down, we will tell you in advance and refund any unused prepaid time.

Not medical advice

Streakboard is a tool for tracking habits. It is not medical, health or psychological advice.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Streakboard available but can't promise it will never be down. We may improve or change features. If we change prices, we will tell you before your next renewal, and you can cancel before it applies.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect. Using Streakboard after that means you accept the new terms.

Liability

Streakboard is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
