Streakboard is a habit tracker. We collect only what we need to run it, and we don't sell your data.
What we collect
- Your email, from checkout or sign-in. We use it to create your account, sign you in and contact you about your subscription.
- What you enter in the app: your habits, check-ins, tasks, notes and mood ratings. We store them so your board is the same on every device.
- Sign-in codes: a one-time code we email you. We keep only a scrambled copy, and it expires within minutes.
- Subscription status from Whop: plan, trial, renewal or cancellation. We never receive your full card number.
- Basic server logs (time, page, IP address) kept to keep the service secure and fix errors.
How people use our website
Our own website counts how visitors use the main page: where they came from (for example Instagram or a link tag), how far they scroll, which sections and buttons they use, whether they open the plan picker and start checkout, and how long they stay. A random visitor number is kept in your browser so repeat visits count once. These records don't include your name, email or IP address, stay on our server, are never shared, and are deleted after 12 months.
Cookies and browser storage
We use one cookie to keep you signed in. Your browser's local storage keeps app settings, a copy of your board for speed, and the random visitor number above. We don't use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or third-party analytics.
Who we share data with
- Whop processes payments and subscriptions under its own privacy policy.
- Resend delivers our emails, such as your sign-in codes.
- Our hosting provider stores the server and its backups.
We don't sell or rent your data and don't share it with advertisers.
Storage and retention
Your data is stored on our server with daily backups that are kept for 14 days. When we delete your account at your request, your data is removed from the server right away and from backups within 14 days.
Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of your data or to delete your account at any time by email. We reply within 30 days.
Children
Streakboard is not meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will let you know by email or in the app.
