Free trials
Monthly and yearly plans start with a free trial. Cancel before the trial ends and you won't be charged at all.
7-day refund on any charge
If you were charged and Streakboard isn't for you, email us within 7 days of that charge and we'll refund it in full. No forms, no questions. Refunds go back to the card you paid with; your bank may take 5–10 business days to show it.
Stopping future charges
Cancel anytime from Account in the app or from your Whop account. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for and won't be charged again.
Before a chargeback
If something looks wrong on your statement, write to us first. We usually reply within a day and will fix it faster than a bank dispute.
